I can't receive DVPoints after reset. I almost have 33reset now but my DVPoints is only 600. I didn't buy anything using my DVPoints. Why is that I can't receive DVPoints after reset?

You must follow the following time rule below to receive the points

* 0~39 resets = 10 minutes, previously it used to vary up to 45 minutes
* Over 40 resets = 5 minutes, the old rule used to vary up to 20 minutes
