[GUIDE] HOW TO RECOVER YOUR PERSONAL ID (PID)
Guide updated october 17, 2020.



Step 1 - Access the server site by the link [ https://www.devilzmu.net/home ].

Step 2 - On the right side, in the "PAINEL DO JOGADOR", click on the "Recuperar Dados" option.



Step 3 - Choose one of two available forms of recovery.



Recover by Email "Recuperar por Email" You will retrieve the first 3 (three) digits of your PID.
Recover by SMS "Recuperar por SMS" You will retrieve the last 4 (four) digits of your PID.

Remembering that the Personal ID consists of 7 (seven) digits, and both recoveries (e-mail/sms) are required to obtain the full number.




Step 1 - After following the instructions at the beginning, select the "Recuperar por Email" option.

Step 1.1 - Then select the "Lembrete do PID (apenas 3 primeiros dígitos)" option.



Step 2 - Enter your login and repeat the security code provided in the black box.



Step 2.1 - After entering the requested data, click the "Recuperar" button.

Success! – The message below confirms that your PID has been sent to your registration e-mail, check your inbox (remember that synchronization may take a few minutes).



E-mail received – The first 3 (three) digits of your PID will be reported according to the illustration image below:






Step 1 - After following the instructions at the beginning, select the "Recuperar por SMS" option.

Step 1.1 - Then select the "Lembrete de PID (apenas 4 últimos dígitos)" option.



Step 2 - Enter your login and repeat the security code provided in the black box.



Step 2.1 - After entering the requested data, click the "Recuperar" button.

Success! – The message below confirms that your PID has been sent to the registered mobile number, check your text message application (remember that the time of receipt depends on each carrier/country).



SMS received - The last 4 (four) digits will be reported according to the illustration image below:
