Rare Tickets are exclusive items that grant significant advantages to players. They can be used to request in-game benefits or via email, according to the rules established below.


RARE TICKET RULES (AUTOMATED):


The Rare Tickets mentioned above can be used directly in the game, without the need for administrative intervention.

These rules are retroactive and apply to all Rare Tickets obtained before the date of this post.


RARE TICKET RULES (VIA EMAIL):

Rare Ticket Function
Earring Exchange for 1x Earring Pair (left and right) +0 with 3 options of your choice, 4th option and additional bonus, according to the rules below;

The chosen options must comply with the specific guidelines of the Earrings guide.
Mount Exchange for 1x Mount from the capsule system +0, with 4 options of your choice at level 5 (must be evolved using the Capsule Upgrade Cost at NPC Magnus), according to the rules below;

With 1x Rare Ticket: Mount, you can choose one of the options below:

  • Upgrade a Capsule Option slot of your current mount directly to level 10;
  • Add a new Capsule Option of your choice to 1x empty slot (including the 5th slot), already at level 10;
  • Replace an existing Capsule Option with another of your choice, already at level 10;
This Rare Ticket does not support any type of bonus option. Requests containing these items will be refused and archived.
Muun Exchange for 1x Muun (normal or premium) from any current or previous rotation of DevilzMu Blue at Evolved level, according to the rules below;

ITEM DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The item will always be delivered in +0 condition, with all compatible excellent options included. Its enhancement must be carried out using Jewel of Bless, Jewel of Soul, and then by following the evolution rules of the Chaos Machine in Noria.

What is not included:

  • This Rare Ticket DOES NOT grant the right to any additional Jewel of Life options (such as damage, defense, or other attributes), which must be applied using the Jewel of Life itself;
  • This Rare Ticket DOES NOT grant the right to any additional Harmony options, which must be applied using the Jewel of Harmony itself;
  • This Rare Ticket DOES NOT grant the right to any additional Mystery options, which must be applied using the Mysterious Stone and Mysterious Jewel themselves;
  • This Rare Ticket DOES NOT grant the right to any extra options, whether bonuses or any similar benefit;

Important note:

Requests that do not follow the rules above will be rejected.

After choosing the item and its options, and completing the delivery, it will not be possible to make any changes to the selected characteristics. This includes regret, substitution or exchange of the item.

RARE TICKET CHOICE RULES (DISCONTINUED):

The Rare Ticket Choice was discontinued in this promotion (but it may return in future promotions). However, there are still some units available in the game. It's important to note that, like the others, the rules governing these tickets have been changed with retroactive effect. Any new request must follow the rules stipulated below.

Choice Exchange for 1x Item +0 from the categories Set Part, Weapon, Shield, Ring or Pendant, according to the rules below;

Socket Items can contain up to 5 Socket options (Level 6) of your choice, with Bonus Socket Option (BSO) depending on the order of elements.
This Rare Ticket does not grant the right to choose items from the Rage Fighter character or items from the September 2025 Special Promotion.

Items with Harmony option support can be chosen with the option of your preference. Some options, however, require the item to be at a specific level to be activated. Otherwise, they will remain inactive (displayed in gray) until this requirement is met. The chosen options must strictly obey the norms established in the Harmony guide.
Items with Mystery option support can be chosen with it. The chosen options must strictly obey the norms established in the Mystery guide.
Chosen items cannot be repeated. It's necessary to select different items for each Rare Point.
Rare Points can be accumulated weekly, but will be valid for up to 120 days from the date of obtaining, not being allowed their use in future releases, regardless of what they are.

In each week, the TOP 5 will receive rewards according to their position in the ranking.



The Rank Rankings is the biggest event of DevilzMu, rewarding the best players with exclusive items. In this edition, the winners will be able to build their own personalized Kit, sending reference models and choosing between Set, Weapon, Wing or Cape.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

To participate in the Rank Rankings, you must accumulate Ranking Points in the Gift Ranking that will occur weekly. Points will be counted based on your participation and position at the end of each week.


REWARDS:

Reward
The definition of rewards will follow the order of classification of the Rank Rankings, starting with TOP 1 and then moving to TOP 2 and TOP 3.

  • TOP 1: Will have priority in choosing their reward, being able to choose between Set, Weapon, Wing or Cape. After deciding the category, they must send a reference model (image or example) and explain in detail how they want the item to be created or customized.
  • TOP 2: Will be contacted after TOP 1 and will make their choice among the remaining categories, following the same process of sending model and instructions. Important: cannot select the same category already chosen by TOP 1.
  • TOP 3: Will have the last choice, being limited to the categories that have not yet been selected by the first two placed, also having to provide the reference model and specific instructions for creating the item.

This way, each winner will be entitled to an exclusive item, respecting the order of classification and avoiding category repetitions.

The choice of reference model is completely free for the winners, as well as the color and characteristics of the item, as long as they are supported by the DevilzMu Blue configurations. Characteristics that are not compatible will be discarded, and the winners will be notified for possible adjustments.
Winners can indicate all desired characteristics for the reward, but, after being completed by our team, they cannot undergo any type of alteration.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY TERM

This item is not exclusive and unique to the winner, and may be used in promotions or future events at the administration's discretion. Winners of subsequent rankings may also request it, as well as it may be made available in possible future Rare Tickets or Rare Points.

We emphasize: This item may be made available again, not being a lifetime exclusivity of the winner.
