Error generic

Good day to all.. I am Old player and only had this error presented player of this game.. now i am expeeriencing Generic Error.. After i buy Potion in Lorancia Bar NPC, When i use it Generic error appears in the chat log., and also i cant drop the potion Or any other items, I can't open market, trade etc. totally null away... and also i cant Trade other characters. the sama error is showing on the screen. please help me.. i also posted a ticket with srceenshot. Thank you and more power on the team.
