(Solved) Purple Dragon Wng

I created 2 purple dragon wing already and both damage 28, they said its a bug and report to admin to change it into 7% recovery. now im here asking for help how do i change it?

This is not a bug, you unfortunately were not lucky enough to come up with the added life.
